Every event and their needs are totally different. To get a price, please call so we can figure it out together.

What factors affect the price?

Many things!

Just a quick rundown of the immediate factors we consider.

How many cameras do we need to meet your production standards and vision?

- How long are your events?

- Where are your events?

- Do you need us to do the work or do you just want to rent the equipment?

- Do you need additional media integrated into your production? (i.e. pre-recorded video, PowerPoint, etc.)

- What level of interactivity would you like? (i.e. community chat, 1-on-1 chat etc.)

- Are we handling audio or do you have a DJ or audio engineer?

- Do you need registration or password protection?

And those are just a few things!

Do we need internet at the venue/location to be livestream?

Absolutely

With no internet, there is no livestreaming. We are able to bring our own hotspots and have resources to providing remote internet, however even those are dependent on having a cellular signal.

To make a long story short, if there is no internet, we cannot livestream... :(

Is the footage from the event recorded?

Yes it is!

What devices can view the livestream?

Any internet enabled device.

Since we are using the power of streaming, we use the internet to broadcast your events. So, your audience will need an internet enabled device to watch the livestreams

These devices include:

Smartphones

Tablets

Computers

Smart TV's

Streaming Devices

Is there a limit to the number of viewers or any geographic restrictions?

Nope!

You can have an unlimited number of viewers and they can be located anywhere in the world! The only requirement is that they can access the internet.

Can you password protect the page or create a Registration Portal?

We can!
